The relationship between society and its development is intricately linked with the concepts of knowledge, education, and learning. The rapid and profound transformations brought about by Information and Communication Technology (ICT) have significantly influenced the domains of knowledge, teaching, and learning. Students today are undergoing continuous transformation and development, necessitating that educational systems constantly adapt to meet the needs of the new generation. This adaptation is particularly crucial considering that students often demonstrate greater proficiency in technological skills than their teachers. This study aims to explore the challenges educators encounter while attempting to utilise advanced technology in their teaching practices. Lack of expert technical support and hardware and software problems are the major issues hindering the use of ICT in UG level. The findings can be used to identify potential solutions to the difficulties faced by both educators and students in this context.
