Abstract

This research paper examines the impact of employee engagement on performance and satisfaction levels of employees at Kusalava International Limited, Adivinekkalam. The study uses primary data collected through structured questionnaires distributed among 120 employees across various departments. Descriptive statistics and percentage analysis were used to interpret the results. The findings reveal a strong correlation between employee engagement and both performance and satisfaction. The study concludes that engaged employees demonstrate higher productivity and satisfaction, contributing positively to organizational goals. Recommendations are provided to enhance engagement practices within the organization.
