This paper is a concept paper designed to show the significance of a teacher to do comprehension with students in the work place in order to develop progressive tendency to meet success. The success story of any student starts with a caring teacher. A teacher shapes the student who in turn build the nation. The bond between them should be on strong foundation of trust and honest dependency upon each other. For smooth and successful teaching and learning process, teacher’s comprehension ability is a must. Requirement of a student must be well aware by a teacher. Bringing oneness from the given vividness of students comes under the skill of a teacher. An understanding of the cognitive challenges met during learning process also led students to attain mental health. It often opens new doorways of acquiring new content knowledge. An unexpected new success story can be possible when there is a steady guidance implemented by an experienced teacher who has the qualification to comprehend students’ ability.
