Abstract

The purpose of this study is to trace the evolution of human resource information system as well as bank employees’ adaptability to human resource information system. Evolution is grouped into five phases, which starts from 1945 to present day. The adaptability is traced using primary data collected with the help of a structured questionnaire which is distributed among bank employees working in public and private sector banks in the Delhi region. The result concluded that HRIS plays an important role in making work life balance for employees and make their wok easy.
